Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
In many cases, we aim to ship within 24–48 hours.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Time (U.S.)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location and carrier operations.

We ship through trusted U.S. carriers:

  • FedEx
  • DHL (U.S. domestic delivery partners)

Please note: Once your order is shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of purchase.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Custom logo or personalized products are non-returnable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Fee
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Provide a valid tracking number
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our team

Refunds
  • Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable)
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return
Shipping Issues
