Returns & Eligibility
What is your return policy and eligibility criteria?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, non-returnable items include personalized products, personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds & Support
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
